Seems like Jim Jones came out from under that rock he was hiding under, and released a new mixtape today titled "The ghost of Rich Porter". Despite some of the watered down punchlines, Jim Jones delivered a pretty solid mixtape with the support of his ByrdGang cast! One thing i really enjoyed about the tape for the most part is its original sound, no beats were used that everybody and the Mama spit a verse on (with the exception of 1), instead its an all original sound to it....#shotouts to the guy that does does Capo's beats.
And for those of you that don't know who Rich Porter was, he was one of the biggest Drug Dealers comin outta Harlem in the 80's....you can say he was livin the life at the time, but when you on top the only way you can go from there is down. Unfortunately Rich met his demise by the hands of a "friend" fueled by the Greed for $ [Keep ya friends close, and your enemies closer]...his life along with the lives of Alpo & Azie were depicted in the movie Paid In Full.
