Beware of the Pigs

Pig : a government-funded butt-picking fucktard addicted to donuts. Just about every cop you've ever met was the little chickenshit pussy with the smart mouth who got its ass (yeah, that's right; "ITS ass", not "his ass" or "her ass") kicked on a daily basis back in school. Today I was discussing Pigs in class "police brutality & police abusing their power" and I figured of all the marijuana related arrests that happen on a daily basis....some can occur from pull overs and car searches....unless the Wise young Stoner knows how to beat that search and avoid arrest. So today I'm gonna give a little lessons for the Hotboxers of America, if the Pigs roll up on yo session.

Hotboxing is a quick and easy thing to do as long as you dont draw any unwanted attention

so the number one necessity that a Stoner should have when hotboxing his or her vehicle is Chronic Killer

Personally I use blunt power, but good ol' Febreeze can do the trick at masking the smell of the LOUD in a matter of seconds!

and secondly we have the

4th Amendment : The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Now in the event that you're hotboxing and you get pulled over make sure you utilize your Chronic Killer and know your 4th Amendment. Pigs can only search your car with PROBABLE CAUSE and the smell of Marijuana is probable cause for them to search your vehicle!

Cops will often try and trick you into granting permission to search your car. You should NEVER consent to a police search of your vehicle.

Why? The cop might be crooked, your friends might be drug users, and the officer has already decided you are a criminal.

Beware of typical ways the PIGS can trick you into getting your consent to search:

Pig: "You don't have any guns, meth, hand grenades, or dead bodies in your car do you?"
Stoner: "No."
Pig: "Then you don't mind if I search your vehicle."
Stoner: "Actually I do mind. Am I free to go now?"

The trick that the Pig was attempting to pull is implying that only a Stoner with something to hide, resist granting the pig permission to search. The trick is getting you to say "No Officer, I don't mind if you search my vehicle" when the correct answer is "Yes, I do mind"

Remember: Its is very rare that a Pig will directly ask you for permission to search your vehicle in a direct manner, so like a predictable Pig would do in this situation is disguise their request to search your vehicle , In hopes of getting your consent without giving you an option to refuse!

so the Stoner that knows their rights and assert's them can easily wiggle out of this situation and piss the Pig off at the same time :]....here's the typical response

Stoner: "I do not want you to search my car."
Pig: "Well, if you have nothing to hide why can't I search?"
Stoner: "Am I free to leave?"
Pig: "If you don't let me search I am going to bring out the drug dog!"
Stoner: "Am I free to leave?"

Now like i said earlier Pigs can search your vehicle IF they have PROBABLE CAUSE the smell of Marijuana is PROBABLE CAUSE...so if you were pulled over for a minor traffic violation, it should stay a minor traffic violation and not a drug related arrest. Pigs should only acquire information about the alleged traffic violation such as Driver's License, Registration, and Insurance information.....you can have the the glossy red eyes, weed breath, and talk slow all you want, but that smell of Marijuana will give the Officer probable cause to search so use the Chronic Killer, so the Drug Dogs don't get called out....those German Shepard's are viscous.

NO WARRANT = NO SEARCH.....so never agree to the search. If you’re guilty, you’re helping them catch you. If you’re innocent, they're wasting your time and their time. You’re taking a chance if you agree to search since they aren’t required to fix anything they break! Secondly: you’re allowing yourself to be charged for the Hippie Lettuce you didn’t know about that fell out of a your Stoner friend’s pocket......and you know CMPD is always down to take someone to Jail!

So as long as you know your Rights, have the correct knowledge of the 4th Amendment, and with the help of Chronic Killer...my fellow Stoner's can get off Scot-Free!
